House Extension In Gerrads Cross

We were delighted to manage this luxury single house extension project in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. A great demonstration of the skills we possess, Elite Construction handled all aspects of the project – including securing the planning permission and necessary certificates. The customer (who has a large family) had purchased a totally run-down property which needed a complete renovation, and we were happy to help.

Our Approach

Before any action was taken, our expert team helped him decide which extensions and conversions he would be legally allowed at the property, helping him save both money and time as he was keen to move in quickly. Not stopping there, we helped choose the decor and advised what fittings would be best for this kind of property. In just 16 weeks, we achieved a single conservatory extension at the rear, and a total internal refurbishment including bathrooms and kitchen.
